for someone (egsabal, migsabal/insabal, agent, eg><ø-) to wrap a corpse (egsabalen, insabal/migsabel/pigsabal, patient, eg><en-) and leave it somewhere (egsabalan, insabalan/migsabalan/insabalan, location, eg><an-) not buried (igsabal, insabal, theme, ig><ø-) in bark and leave it in the house where the death occured (i.e., the house will be abandoned) or to place it in a tree. This burial custom was especially for important people and is no longer practiced by the Matigsalugs
Dengan mesì eglelebeng ka me kabuybuyahan ney su igsabal dan su iyan dan iya ingkalayami.
Our ancestors before used to wrap a corpse and put it above the tree or in the house shelf because this what they had practiced.
